SmartAmps HRMS is a healthcare-first human resources and payroll platform that automates attendance, roster management, payroll calculations, statutory compliance and employee self-service. It’s designed for hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers and mid-market organisations.

Typical Starter/Growth deployments take 24–72 hours when no complex data migrations are needed. Professional and Enterprise rollouts (with data migration, integrations or custom workflows) are scoped separately — typical timelines 1–6 weeks depending on complexity.

Yes. We provide a 30-day trial for eligible plans and a live demo account on request. The demo is read-only and showcases payroll, roster and attendance flows. For production trials and data migration we run a short onboarding engagement.

Pricing is subscription-based (monthly/annual). Plans are tiered by number of users, employees and storage. You can upgrade or downgrade plans any time; upgrades take effect immediately and billing is prorated. Enterprise pricing is custom.

We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. For Enterprise customers we support invoicing and negotiated payment terms. Contact billing@dataamps.com for special arrangements.

Yes. SmartAmps uses encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Role-based access control, audit logs, and configurable permissions are standard. For Enterprise customers we offer additional controls: dedicated tenancy, region-specific hosting and contractual data processing agreements.

Default hosting is on secure cloud infrastructure. Region-specific hosting and on-prem/private-cloud deployments are available for Enterprise customers subject to an SLA and additional setup.

Yes. The platform provides configurable statutory calculation modules for EPF, ESI and other country-specific rules. We keep calculation templates up to date and provide export-ready reports for filings.

Yes. Generate payslips, consolidated payroll registers and bank transfer files in standard formats used by major banks. Payslips can be delivered via employee portal and email.
